Career Development Plan

After few years of effort, finally I become a formal primary school teacher. But this is not the end of my career. At the moment I'm attending a Masters' programme in Education majoring in Chemistry at UPSI. My aim is to become a college lecturer within 5 years time. So I will need to complete my Master and PhD within 5 years.

This is not an easy task, so I need to plan it properly. Beside upgrading my academic knowledge, I need to be very clear with my other skills and abilities so that I can plan to get improve on those skills and abilities in order to be a good lecturer.

A good lecturer should have the characteristic as below:

Some of the characteristic stated above, will take time for me to learn about it, especially all those soft skill. Attending soft skill courses will be one of my option to help me improve my soft skill. Beside, I will start to train myself to achieve maybe not all but most of the characteristic stated above.
